No longer supports an external monitor; the other features still work. Help.

My Pluggable USB2.0 docking station stopped supporting a monitor; the other aspects continue to work fine. Can you point me to a list of fixes to try? Thanks

Thanks for posting here! I’m sorry to know that you are having trouble with the display connected via the graphics port on the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A.

Could you connect the Plugable UD-160-A to the system, run the run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?

Analyzing the .zip would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze it, we will figure out the next steps.
