I got a Plugable Active DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 Adapter and it does not light up the screen. I tried a cold boot with it connected but no luck. I don’t get any of the bootup screens, so think that eliminates any cabling issues. The old HD one I have (probably passive) still works fine when I replace this new one with it and change nothing else, no rebooting required.
