No display on dual monitors monitors

My computer is showing three monitors when I connect two additional monitors to my plugable UD-3900 but no output is showing on the external monitor. I updated my video drivers and now when I plug in the dock to my laptop I get no output and also my laptop screen freezes?

My computer is a dell inspiron 7000 series. NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 750M 2GB DDR5 running windows 10.

I have 2 x Samsung S22E390HS Series 3 Full HD LED PC Monitor, 21.5", Black.
One connected with HDMI and the other with VGA-DVI.
