New Plugable USB 2.0 Gigabit Ethernet not working, it is not recognized at all by Windows 7, as if nothing was plugged into the USB port, tried them all. USB ports work with thumbdrive and other items, but plug this in and nothing happens. Newest drivers were installed. Windows 7 on a Dell XPS13
