Need "hands-free" Bluetooth phone option in Windows 10

I paired my Broadcom BCM20702 BLUETOOTH 4.0 USB successfully but it only connects as a remote keyboard under the “Phone Operations” selector. From the phone it says paired but never connects. Is this “Phone Operations” limitation from windows 10? Someone said the hands-free phone function only works with windows 7

This issue was resolved by using Windows 7. Unfortunately, as Joe mentions, Microsoft has removed the Bluetooth hands-free functionality from Windows 8 and later.
