My USB2-E1000 suddenly didn't work this morning. The lights stopped shining, either. So is it broken?

This adapter has worked just fine until this morning. I’m so depressed right now.

Thank you for posting your question. It could be your adapter is broken or that something has changed in your computer or network. Have you installed any new software or hardware on your computer? Have you made any network changes?

We have a software program that will help us determine where the problem lies. With the adapter plugged in and connected to your network, please go to this link and follow the instructions there:

http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug

It will create a zip file on your desktop named after your computer. Please email this directly to us at support@plugable.com.

If it turns out the adapter is malfunctioning, we will get another one out to you right away.
