Running Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 3. Plugable UD-3000 attached. 2 HP Pavilion 23TM touchscreen monitors are connected, one via the Surface HDMI and one via the Plugable DVI port to the HDMI of the monitor. Touch will only work on the Surface screen and the 23TM connected directly to the surface. Both monitors have USB connected. Is there a way to make touch work on the second 23TM?
