Mouse not reacting correctly.'

I’m using Plugable USB 3.0 dual monitor Docking station for a little over month. However, I just started seeing a lag or slow performance with my mouse. The touch pad on the computer works just fine.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I am sorry the mouse is not working as expected.

I have a few questions to start troubleshooting this problem:
Is this a wired or wireless USB mouse? ( Please provide the manufacturer name and model if possible ).
Does the mouse show the same problems when connected directly to the computer?

If you are using a wireless mouse, please try replacing the batteries. Low batteries can reduce signal strength and cause poor performance.
