Sent in zip file but Plugging mouses(3) in ud3900 doesnt recognize mouse, but plugging mouses in laptop works (lenovo yoga 2). Tried upper and lower usb2 ports and upper 3.0 port
We worked with Ray via email on this issue, and are posting the results here in case they are beneficial for anyone researching a similar issue.
In this case, it appears that a power-cycle of the dock allowed the USB mice to be recognized. The Yoga 2 can be a bit particular about some USB devices, so we also recommended an updated firmware for the hub chip in the dock that can help performance and stability.
