Monitors not coming on

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I just went out and bought 4 plugable usb 2.0 Docking clients and all the peripherals + server and MPS 2012. None of my Monitors will get a signal through the direct usb connection.

If I plug the monitor directly into the gcard on the server the client is recognised. Is it something to do with resolutions? as I have 4 Benq widescreen monitors attached.

I have tried with just one plugable client into the server, I have tried another monitor with the same issue. No signal. The drivers seem to have loaded on ok. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

So actually rectified this by downloading Displaylink software. However Multipoint server 2012 will not pickup the plugable’s as stations. I can see them in device manager but in the Multipoint manager software they are nowhere to be seen. In Station mode I am getting my desktop spanning the 3 other monitors. Just can’t figure this one out.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Plugable support! I’d be more than happy to assist you with this issue.

DisplayLink will not work for MPS, you need to uninstall it. You need to be running the OSBASE drivers as linked to on our website. If those were the drivers that were not working, we need to take a look at your overall system configuration.

Ok i have actually had to reinstall mps 2012 as i had a nightmare with updates. However on reinstalling I now have an issue where pressing B does not do anything at the multipoint server station selection window. I have a standard microsoft 400 keyboard and mouse. I have loaded on the drivers you recommended above for the plugable device , have the keyboard and mouse plugged into it and the monitor on a direct connection to the Server. Any ideas? I started a new ticket with you regarding this so answer that one if you can. Thanks.
