Sorry to hear about the issues, but we’ll be happy to help!
A good place to start will be to try running the XPS in Airplane Mode to see if it helps with the behavior.
(Some Dell systems experience interference between their wi-fi card and USB-C port, which we discuss in depth in the following post: https://plugable.com/2016/06/30/inves… )
Could you please give this a try and see if it helps? If not, please let us know and we’ll dig in further to determine the best next steps.
If you’d like to try additional some potentially permanent fixes such as Dell BIOS and driver updates, or other specific Dell settings which can impact this behavior, please contact support@plugable.com and we’ll be glad to look at some log files and dig further.
However, many choose to stick with the Airplane Mode workaround, which should continued to work fine.
