Monitors crash when DVI is plugged in

I have two monitors (one HDMI and one DVI). When I plug in the HDMI monitor, everything works as expected. When I plug in the DVI monitor, it won’t come on and the HDMI monitor also goes dark.

Here’s what I have done so far:

  • Disconnected and reconnected all hardware.
  • Unplugged the USB and power cable from the docking station and waited 30 seconds to reconnect.
  • Ran the DisplayLink “Clean” tool.
  • Reinstalled the driver.

Can someone help me figure out how to fix this?
