Monitor does not wake up

plugable display does not wake up. I have to unplug and replug the display link device for my monitor to wake up.

I am using Win8.1 pro and have the latest 7.8.63104.0 drivers.

I recently moved and have a different set up. I used the display link on this same computer for a couple months with no issues. I had 2 monitors hooked up to it before, now I only have 1 hooked up to it with a total of 4 monitors.

I am getting by just unplugging and re-plugging the displaylink but it is getting annoying.

Any ideas on how to fix this ?

It sounds like there may be a lot of different factors at play here, given that everything was working well before.
