Monitor Adaptor stopped working

My monitor adaptor stopped working and I sent an email a week ago but have not received a response.

Sorry an earlier email got dropped. If you can double-check your sent mail to see if it went out to support@plugable.com, that’d be great to let us know. We’re always worried about emails getting lost in transit (or ending up in spam folders), and want to know about it so we can look for anything to improve reliability.
