Hello,

I have two (2) of your USB3-HUB7-81X devices. All of my devices are USB 2.0, except for my Seagate 5TB USB 3.0 hard drive. I purchased your hub because of promised USB 1.1 and 2.0 support. I am having problems with various USB 2.0 devices showing up, when plugged into the USB3-HUB-81X. Three examples:

  1. Dell Keyboard (SK-8135). At power-on the system reports no keyboard found. After booting, I can plug into the 81X, but it doesn’t make sense to swap so often.

  2. Logitech C-910 web camera. The computer doesn’t see it. (Works fine when plugged into an USB 2.0 hub or directly into the computer).

  3. Logitech F-310 game pad / game controller. Same as the C-910 not seen.

The computer is a Dell Precision T7500 (dual Intel X5650 and 48GB RAM) USB 3.0 is not native to the system. I added it using a PCI-E card. The device is Broway model # BW-H4C6056A (3.5" Internal USB 3.0 4-Port+USB 2.0 all in one card reader).

Please advise on what else you need to know.

Sincerely yours,

PG
