Devices do not work when plugged into hub. The lights do not come on for any of the hubs. The DC power is present. I have two of these units, one works and the other does not.

When you say that “The lights do not come on for any of the hubs” are you referring to the lights that are over each port on the hub?
If so, are you plugging a device into the hub with the port light not lighting up?
If you haven’t already, please try resetting the hub by following the below instructions.
- Fully unplug the hub from all devices, power, and USB cable to the host computer.
- Reconnect the power cable first, USB host cable next, and USB devices last.
Please let us know if the hub’s behavior changes after the reset.
