Came on TV once and now nothing

Thanks for reaching out to us, I am sorry this is not working as expected.
I would like to start by resetting the TV and computer, please perform the following:
- Disconnect the miniDisplayPort to HDMI Active Adapter from the computer and television
- Power off the television and disconnect the power cable, let sit for 30-60 seconds to fully discharge
- Perform a full shutdown on the computer ( for Windows 8 and 10 hold the shift key while selecting shutdown from the start menu to perform a full shutdown ), let sit for 30-60 seconds. Restart the computer and power on the television.
- Reconnect the miniDisplayPort to HDMI Active Adapter between the computer and television
