Monoprice recently released 40Gb 1 and 2 meter 100W charge capable Thunderbolt 3 cables. Has anyone tested these to see if they work with TBT3-UDV? Is Plugable looking to release a 2 meter 40Gb cable in the near future?

We’ve not tried these cables, but if they are Thunderbolt 3 logo’d products (which I assume they are) then they will have gone through Intel testing and approval. As such they should work with our docking station without issue.
