Can you let us know the specific triple dock you are using? We offer the UD-ULTCDL and UD-ULTC4K and the model name should be printed on the bottom of the unit.

Can you let us know the model of your computer and the model of monitor connected to the HDMI 4K port?

Thanks for the reply. To set expectations, we’ve had mixed results with the Yoga 920 and we mention 4K HDMI issues have been reported in our compatibility chart here → https://plugable.com/products/ud-ultcdl/. With that said, we can do our best to troubleshoot all variables. Does power cycling the unit by reconnecting the power adapter, USB-C cable and HDMI cable help?

Does the same issue occur when the dock is connected to both USB-C ports?

Can you confirm that the USB-C cable that came with the dock is being used?
