Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E545 monitor goes fuzzy

Hello
I bought Plugable UD-3900 USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station with Dual Video Outputs for Windows to use with Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E545 20B20011US 15.6-Inch Laptop.
when i connect samsung syncmaster t220p through HDMI, every now and then, the monitor goes fuzzy and then the picture clears.
i did what the following post suggested but it did not help me what can I do to solve this issue?

Thanks for getting in contact with us. I’d be more than happy to help you with your Plugable UD-3900 and the fuzziness you are experiencing. Since you’ve already tried reinstalling the drivers, it would be helpful to get a bit more information.

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
