INTF2 driver not found

my phone samsung galaxy nexus sprint version, having jb 4.1.1
my pc has XP sp2, wmp 11 and mtppk12.exe installed

whenever i connect my phone to pc it pops intf2 driver not found, cant figure it out from long time…my phone doesnt even charge on usb connection neither on pc nor to LED tv…
please help me out rectifying…
