Basically what the title says. I’m worried if something is wrong with the “e” key after looking at reviews on Amazon, I won’t be able to swap it for a new one because it was order under the seller Yatch

Because of the long shipping time and low cost, it looks like seller Yatch is not selling a genuine Plugable product, but a similar one from China. Because of this, if it has problem, we would not be able to support it.
However, if it is counterfeit, we would be happy to work with you on getting a refund through Amazon and getting Yatch kicked off for selling counterfeit goods.
Could you please let me know when you get it? I can help you determine if it is counterfeit.
