When I use an external monitor through my Plugable, IE 10 does not refresh its display at all. All other programs work properly, and my Desktop Window Manager shows that it is started. When I connect the monitor separately to the notebook computer (Toshiba Satellite A665 with an NVidea GeForce 310M video card) and use the pluggable with only the keyboard, mouse, and speakers, IE 10 works properly. This just started recently.

Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! Based on past cases where we’ve seen this problem with IE 10, applying all available critical Windows Updates on the OS have solved the issue. Could you please try that and let us know if it helps?
