I would like to use this not just with my laptop (works very well) but with my Android tablet. Is there any way this could be done?

Hi Elisabeth - Could you say which Plugable product you have?

Some products (like USB input devices and storage devices) have drivers built into both Android and Windows. However many others (like USB graphics devices) require software drivers which must be installed for each OS (since there is no support built in). And since Android does not allow new device drivers to be installed, support may be limited or not possible.
