i will never recommend any product from this company

USB3-HUB7-81X does not work… i have have 2 3.0 ports available now on my cpu. I bought this hub so i could have more and it will only allow 2 3.0 ports on the hub to show at any given time

Thanks for posting with your issue!

One common cause of confusion with the hubs is that the hub will only operate normally when the power supply is connected before the USB connection to the PC.

This also means that if power goes out, you’ll want to quickly unplug/replug the USB from the hub to the PC to reset the connection.

As a first troubleshooting step, please double-check whether the green power LED is lit on the power supply, make sure this is connected to the hub, then unplug/replug the USB from the hub to the PC.
