I have the new MacBook Pro 13" touch bar. My 2nd monitor isn't displaying. I tried switching the port around and it's def the 2k port.

I downloaded the latest driver. I’m running Mac OS high Sierra 10.13.2 with two 4k monitors LG with HDMI ports.

Hello Andres, thanks for posting and I will be happy to help.

Just to clarify, you are connecting two 4K LG monitors to our UD-ULTCDL dock and the one connected to the 2K HDMI port is not working, but the one connected to the 4K HDMI port is?

And then if you swap the connections at the dock the issue seems to follow the 2K HDMI port?

Assuming those details are correct, you may be encountering an issue where the MacOS Gatekeeper is disabling the third party software. To correct this, we’d want to reinstall the DisplayLink software and then check Gatekeeper to ensure that the software is approved:

  1. Uninstall the existing DisplayLink drivers: https://plugable.com/drivers/displayl…
  2. Reboot, then reinstall them again ( https://s3.amazonaws.com/plugable/bin… ), and after then immediately check Gatekeeper to ensure it doesn’t block the newest drivers ( https://plugable.com/2017/10/27/how-t… ).

Please let us know if these steps help or not and we will go from there.

Thank you,

David W.
