I can't connect my Sony HTC-80 to Windows 10 pc via Bluetooth stick

I have a bluetooth stick.
I would like to connect my sound projector to my pc via bluetooth.
When I try it, the Windows prompt me a password for pair, but it’s not nessesary becouse the connection is not password protected.
However it’s dosen’t matter if you leave it blank or give something the device can’t connect to the computer.
Other devices( like a laptop or smartfones) can connect to HT-CT80 only my Pc can’t, and I don’t know why.
The stick is working becouse I can send files via bluetooth.
I saw log files I found this on there:
Az Illesztőkezelő a következő állapotkóddal fejezte be a(z) BTHENUM\DEV_FCA89A378F86\7&10979546&1&BLUETOOTHDEVICE_FCA89A378F86 eszközpéldány-azonosítójú eszköz bth.inf_amd64_ca26197f0dc6870d\bth.inf illesztőprogramjának telepítési folyamatát: 0x0.
Please help me out solve this situation.

Hello Neo,

Thank you for contacting us.

According to the manual for the HT-CT80, the passcode is “0000” if you are being prompted for one.

I hope this helps. If you are still encountering problems, please contact us at support@plugable.com and supply your Amazon Order ID.

Thanks!
