Hub Quit Working

My USB3-HUB7-81X-PO1493 just quit working. No blue lights in the hub but the light in the power supply is blinking green. Any idea what could be wrong?

Thanks for contacting us! We’re sorry that your hub is no longer working.

We appreciate you providing details about the port lights and the LED indicator on the power adapter.

Based on your description, we’re dealing with either a dead hub, a dying power adapter, or both.

When you look at the bottom of the power adapter, what wattage, amperage, and voltage is listed?

We provide a one year warranty with all of our products. We’d like to send you a full replacement unit (free of charge) as part of that warranty.

To proceed with sending out a pretested replacement unit, we’ll just need to confirm the following details:

Amazon order ID.
Serial number from sticker on bottom of unit.
Shipping address.

To keep your personal information private, please send those details to our support@plugable.com email address directly.

Once we have that information, we’ll follow up with a shipment tracking number for the replacement (for USPS 2-3 day priority mail) and a prepaid return shipping label for the original.
