Neither my Windows 10 laptop or Windows 7 desktop will recognize the Super Speed 7 port USB 3.0 Hub. What do I need to do? Thank you.

Just purchased the hub.
I suspect that unfortunately you may have gotten a defective unit from the factory. It could be the hub, power adapter, or USB cable so we’ll want to send you a pretested replacement under warranty.
