One of my Mac users just downloaded and installed the drivers for a triple display docking station on his mac-book and we cannot get the Ethernet or video to work. Any suggestions?

If you do not see the DisplayLink software present in the preferences window, you may need to reinstall the DisplayLink software and then approve it. We have a guide for uninstalling the DisplayLink software here –> https://plugable.com/drivers/displayl…, if needed.
Once allowing the DisplayLink software within Gatekeeper everything worked.
