USB 2.0. Digital Microscope will no longer work after Windows 10 update. USB drive is in functioning order for other items. Uninstalled software and re-installed and the application just indicates that the device is not connected.

Thank you for posting. We have heard a few reports of the Digital Viewer software not working after the Windows 10 Creator’s Update. In all cases so far, uninstalling the software, rebooting, then reinstalling it has resolved the issue.
