HELP

I have an HP Envy, running Windows 10. My Amazon Order No. is:113-7861353-7645013. I downloads, as per your email of earlier today, the latest drivers for DisplayLink. When I plug the HDMI cable into your hub nothing happens. When I plug the HDMI plug directly into the computer the 2nd monitor works. Everything else plugged into the hub is working.

PLEASE HELP ME GET MY SECOND MONITOR UP THROUGH THE HUB.
