Brand new out of the box- model link is here here. I downloaded the driver to my computer before I installed everything (wires, etc). All three of my monitors are plugged into the dock via DisplayPort.
Only one of my monitors works and the ethernet will not connect (i.e. I don’t get the lights on the back). The ethernet cable is currently plugged directly into my computer so that 100% is not the issue.
