HDMI does not work

The HDMI plug does not work. Everything else works. USB ports all functioning. Driver was successfully installed. I tried every type of setting for the display. It works fine when I plug in the HDMI directly into the laptop… but when I plug it into the docking station, my monitor receives no signal.

Thanks for posting! We’ll work to help.

Can you say what make and model of display you’re plugging into? There are some TVs that have special limitations.

Also, if you can let us know approx how long the HDMI cable, we can rule out an issue of too-long cable.
