Hi,
I am currently using your UD-3900 with a Surface Pro 3, in a MS docking station, along with 2 24 inch monitors and a 43 inch TV. I am having a problem with getting audio out to the TV using HDMI, video works just fine. I have gone into the sound settings, playback devices, but it does not show my TV at all in the device list. I have already made sure that all my audio/video drivers are up to date, as well as the firmware on my Surface. Any suggestions on how to get audio out to my TV?

Can you provide some additional detail about your setup? For example are you running Windows 8.1 or Windows 10? Can you confirm the TV is connected to the HDMI output of the dock with a standard HDMI cable with an HDMI connector on both ends? Can you let us know the model of TV? Assuming it is a standard cable have you tried swapping the HDMI cable with another to rule out a faulty cable?
