Has DisplayLink given a timeline for MacOS and Linux support?

Hello Steve, thanks for posting! While DisplayLink does have drivers available for MacOs and Linux, we do not recommend Plugable products currently on these operating systems.

We’re hoping that compatibility with MacOS can be claimed due to marked improvements we’ve seen with MacOS High Sierra and version 4.0 of the DisplayLink drivers, but we do not have a timeline. If interested, we have a detailed blog post here –> http://plugable.com/2017/10/16/macos-… that speaks to improvements and results from our internal testing.

Unfortunately, there is not a road map to support Linux at this time with Plugable DisplayLink adapters.

Thank you,

David W.
