Green light not working

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this is a repeated topic. I am under the gun and have a presentation in 2 hours.

I just bought the usb-c triple display dock. After installing the software, all usb and ethernet work fine

Not one of the HDMI ports work, not does the DVI. i have tried all these ports on several LG 34" ultra wide monitors and even older 24" LG with DVI. All monitors work individually plugged directly into MacBook Pro

mid 2014 MacBook Pro OS 11.3
2.5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Any help is most definitely appreciated

Thank you
Bozz

Thanks for reaching out to Plugable support! I’d be happy to help with that issue.

The UD-ULTCDL docking station will not work with the Thunderbolt 2 ports on the 2014 MacBook Pro to get the HDMI 4K port to work with that dock.

You may be able to get the HDMI 2K and DVI port to work by installing the DisplayLink Manager onto that computer. To do so, please follow these steps:

For macOS 10.15 and up :

    • Be sure to turn on ‘ Allow Notifications
    • Enable ’ Launch automatically after logging-in
    • Give ‘ DisplayLink Manager ’ permission for ‘ Screen Recording

Thank you for giving us the chance to help!
