Plugable USB3-SATA-U3 USB 3.0/2.0 SATA Hard Drive Docking Station - Had some trouble getting USB 3.0 speeds which turned out to be the cable that came with the dock. The supplied cable would only connect with the plug pulled out slightly (on the dock end) and even then the speed was only about 45MB/s. Purchased another USB 3.0 cable and it connects reliably and I get about 130MB/s transfers. I think the cable may be the source of most of the problems reported in Amazon reviews.
