I’m having a lot of lag using the USB3 VGA adaptor. I’m running windows 7 with 8GB of RAM. Have checked repeatedly to making sure that all of my drivers are up-to-date and working properly. Is it just to be expected with this type of adapter or is there something else I can do to improve the performance?

Could you connect the Plugable USB3-VGA to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?
This would give us a better insight as to what is going on the system side and if anything can be done improve the performance. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the next steps.
