extend laptop desktop to 3 external monitors

i purchased a plugable UD-UTLCDL so i can connect my Lenovo Yoga 710 and extend my desktop to 3 external monitors (none are 4K) so far only 2 are being displayed and the 4K connection does not display anything? can anyone guide me

Unfortunately it may be that your system does not support USB-C Alternate Mode and that the 4K port will be inactive.

We have not test the Lenovo 710 system here so I cannot confirm this.

Does charging from the dock work?
