I recently moved desks and when I reconnected everything my ethernet connection shows cable disconnected but the connection works when plugged into computer. Using Windows 8.
Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! To make sure I understand correctly, before you moved desks, the ethernet on the dock was working as expected with the same computer? If so, try unplugging the power to the dock and reconnect, this will reset the dock and the connection.
Also, do you see a green and flashing yellow light on the ethernet port of the dock when everything’s connected?
