Hello! We are having issues with the 3900 Dock.
We have 10+ around our business and all of them have an issue with the ethernet disconnecting.
They all have a green/orange light on and do work but after a short while it switches over to the WiFi.
I have ran the cleaner and ran the installer after, worked for 20 minutes and then swapped back to WiFi.
