Ethernet Connection keeps dropping

UD-3900 Connected to Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260’s USB 3.0 port keeps dropping my Ethernet LAN connection. Do you have a patch/update to this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry to hear about this issue.

This is not a known issue with the docking station, most of the issues with network issues are the results of faulty Ethernet cables or hardware incompatibility.

I would like to start by trying to rule out a faulty Ethernet cable, if possible, please replace the Ethernet cable or connect the docking station to a known good Ethernet cable used for another system.
