El Capitan OSX does not detect USB2-E1000

I tried it on Yosemite again, and it’s detected just fine there. Nothing on El Capitan however.

Thank you for posting your question.

We haven’t finished testing with El Capitan yet, so I can’t give a definitive answer to your question. We have a troubleshooting program that might give some insight into whats happening. With the adapter plugged in and connected to the network, please go to this page, and follow the instructions there:

http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug

When you run the program, it will create a zip file on your desktop with your computer name and the date. Please send that file directly to our support email address support@plugable.com. Thanks!

Thank you for sending the troubleshooting file. It looks like there is no driver file present.

Could you please try installing the latest driver from the chip maker?
