Driving two screens at 1920x1080 possible?

I’m running two displays but only one will go to full resolution one at 1920x1080 but the other will not go above 1280x1024. Can I run them both at 1920x1080? I have a dell xps 1750 that should be able to drive them

I would like to get some more information to help troubleshoot this problem:
Please let me know how the monitors are connected to the system, are you using a Plugable docking station or data cable for the monitors?
What is the manufacturer names and model numbers of the monitors ( please indicate which monitor is at 1920x1080 and which is at 1280x1024 ).
