Driver not available?

When it installs it says driver not available help?

It will be helpful to know about more about the system being used. When you have a moment, can you please download and run our log-gathering tool from the page below:
http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug

It will save a .ZIP file to your Desktop, which can then be emailed over to support@plugable.com for us to have a look and determine what the best approach will be. (Please include “Ticket 113580” in the subject of the email.)
