Drag and Drop Flexibility

My old computer was extremely unorganized. My new computer will not be. However, in order to accomplish this I was trying to drag and drop from various folders on my old computer to certain specific folders on my new one. I have tried Bravura and Easy Transfer and neither seem to let me do this. Can you help?
