Does not point to old PC Desktop to transfer folders/files

Recently purchased
Easy Computer Sync to move files from the Desktop of old Win7 PC to new
Win10 64bit PC.

Just not getting the hang of the process. Installed utility on both PCs
and get a detected connection.

However when using Drag & Drop Files feature, it opens to the following

I want to be able to transfer folders from the old PC to the new and
cannot navigate to the old PC Desktop [see screenshot]

Thank you for posting about your transfer cable.

To see the desktop and other user folders, click Show System Folders in the upper right of the Drag & Drop screen, then in both top and bottom panes of the window, navigate to C:/Users/Your_User_Name/. There you’ll see the personal folders like Desktop, Documents, etc.
