We have an IBM Thinkpad Lenova 4296-2YU and are trying to find a docking station. Could you recommend one?

Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! From looking at the specs on this machine, looks like it comes with Win7 and USB 2.0 ports, is that correct?
If so I would recommend our UD-160-A docking station listed here:

For our USB 3 docks specifically on Win 8 there are still certain compatibility issues that’re being ironed out. But for Win 7 and USB 2 our UD-160-A would be a solid choice.
