Docking station works with keyboard/mouse but monitor does not turn on

I am connecting a hp zbook 15 g5 to a Dell E Model E2318HR 23" LED monitor via a UD-3900 docking station. The mouse and keyboard work fine but the monitor does not turn on. Is there a setting I need to change?

Solved. I had to install an additional driver.
